- ส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิชาการ และสิ่งประดิษฐ์นวัตกรรม
- ส่งเสริมการให้บริการวิชาการแก่สังคม การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิชาการร่วมกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม
